Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In the second affiliated hospital of nanchang university, 80 patients underwent elective hip replacement under general anesthesia; 2, ASA ? - level III; 3. Aged 65-90 years; 4. In compliance with ethics, the patient volunteered to be tested and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe liver and kidney disease; 2. Preoperative history of mental illness such as alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease or delirium; 3. Long history of alcohol abuse or dependence on psychotropic substances; 4. Severe visual, auditory or verbal communication impairment.
