18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign informed consent; 2. 18-65 years old; 3. ASA class I-III; 4. scheduled to undergo single hole thoracoscopic lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any contraindications to regional techniques (allergy to local anesthetics, infection around the site of the block, and coagulation disorder); 2. history of analgesics dependence; 3. any difficulty with communication; 4. allergy to the study drugs; 5. Heat rate < 50 beats/minutes or II-III Atrioventricular block; 6. Previous definite history of malignant tumor; 7. Those who were transferred to an open chest operation; 8. who had an estimated intraoperative blood loss of more than 500 mL; 9. those who required separation of lung tissue and chest wall from top to bottom because of severe adhesions in chest; 10.those who required a second operation for postoperative hemorrhage.
