18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged >=18 years; (2) preoperative imaging evaluation is resectable according to the latest guideline of NCCN; (3) the maximum diameter of the tumor is no larger than 4cm; (4) patients with confirmed postoperative pathology of pancreatic cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) received neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; (2) transfer to laparotomy during minimally invasive surgery; (3) abort operation or palliative operation for distant metastasis found in intraoperative exploration; (4) postoperative pathology exclude pancreatic cancer.

positive rate of exfoliated cancer cells;

the relationship between clinicopathological factors and exfoliated cancer cells in abdominal cavity;short-term outcomes of the two groups within 90 days after surgery (imaging examination, tumor indicators, readmission rate and mortality);radical tumor resection rate (R0 resection and lymph node clearance).;
