35 Years to 44 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 35-44 years; 2. Women who have normal ovarian reserve (AFC > 6 follicles, or AMH >= 1.2 ng/ml); 3. Infertile couples scheduled for their first IVF/ICSI cycle; 4. Women who will receive either gonadotrophin-releasing hormone agonist protocol or gonadotrophin-releasing hormone antagonist protocol as their COH treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with congenital or secondary uterine abnormalities, such as uterine malformations including single-horned uterus, septate uterus or double uterus, adenomyosis, uterine submucosal fibroids, intrauterine adhesions 2. Couples undergoing PGD and PGS; 3. Women with hydrosalpinx; 4. Women with recurrent miscarriage; 5. Women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS); 6. Women with endocrine or metabolic abnormalities (pituitary, adrenal, pancreas, liver or kidney); 7. Women undergoing blastocyst transfer; 8. Natural cycles or IVM cycles; 9. Sperm donation or egg donation cycles.
