Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological evidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with previous radical radiotherapy once; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Without recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 4. Without metastasis; 5. Bad effect on conservative treatment; 6. ECOG 0 or 1; 7. Surgical resectable and acceptable organ function; 8. CT and MRI/PET before treatment; 9. Acceptable contraceptive approach.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign inform consent; 2. Recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma1; 3. Have uncontrolled intercurrent illnesses which will interfere with the ability to undergo therapy; 4. Have a history of a different malignancy, unless the disease has not progressed for >= 2 years; 5. Female patients who are at pregnancy or lactation; 6. Have any co-existing condition that would preclude full compliance with the study; 7. Any contradiction to surgery.
