Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were enrolled if they discharged after surgery for colorectal cancer and had nutritional risk score at 3; 2. greater based on the nutritional risk screening 2002 (NRS-2002) tool.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants unable to take food orally, already on nutritional support therapy, pregnant, or under age of 18 years.
