Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Type 2 diabetes according to the WHO diagnosis and classification of diabetes in 1999; (2) aged between 18 and 60 years; (3) 24 kg/m2 <BMI<40 kg/m2; (4) clear consciousness, reading ability, and good communication with investigators; (5) ability to use smartphones; (6) blood pressure < 160/100 mmHg; (7) triglyceride < 6.77 mmol/L; (8) tolerance of extreme exercise.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) complications of severe heart, brain, kidney, eye and foot diseases, e.g., proliferative retinopathy, stage IV nephropathy or Cr>2 mg/dl, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and cardiopulmonary exercise test intolerance; (2) unstable angina, blood pressure over 200/100 mmHg or co-infection; (3) mental disorders; (4) cancer, with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the past six months; (5) participation in other trials; (6) condition requiring hypoglycemic drug discontinuation.
