Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults 40%; 5.Patients undergoing heart surgery for the first time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of persistent AF; 2.History of prior cardiac surgery; 3.Poor compliance and ability to complete follow-up; 4.Urgent or emergent cardiac surgery; 5.History of congenital heart diseases; 6.With significant mitral stenosis (Mitral valve orifice area < 2 cm2); 7.Valve surgery is accompanied by surgery of other heart surgery; 8.Heart surgery is accompanied by surgery of other organ system; 9.Liver and kidney function abnormality (results exceed the upper limit of normal value by 3 times); 10.With valve surgery contraindications; 11.Patients suffer from other diseases who require radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and long-term hormone treatment; 12.Participated in other clinical trials; 13.Patients decline to consent; 14.If any surgical AF ablation is planned (Symptomatic AF refractory or intolerant to at least one Class I or III antiarrhythmic medication).
