Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Perform routine cardiac surgery; 3. EF > 40%; 4. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery for the first time; 5. Good compliance, able to cooperate in completing follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of atrial fibrillation; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. Congenital heart disease; 4. Impairment of liver and kidney function (detection result exceeds 3 times the upper limit of normal value); 5. Diseases requiring radiation, chemotherapy, or long-term hormone treatment; 6. Poor control of hyperthyroidism; 7. Participation in another clinical trial; 8. Refusal to participate in the study.
