44 Years to 82 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) histologically or cytologically or PET-CT confirmed NSCLC; (2) newly diagnosed stage II-III disease (staged according to the 2009 system of the American Joint Committee on Cancer); (3) KPS >=70; (4) no contraindications to radiation therapy or chemotherapy; (5) Normal range of blood routine and biochemical indexes; (6) good compliance with treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a history involving thoracic surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy; (2) pregnancy or lactation; (3) previous malignancy or other concomitant malignant disease.
