Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Carotid stenosis is one of the following two conditions: 1. when the patient has acute cerebrovascular events or other symptoms, abnormal cerebrovascular findings are found: (1) carotid stenosis >=50% in imaging (MRA, CTA or DSA); (2) carotid stenosis >=70% in imaging (MRA, CTA or DSA); 2. Patients who received CAS at the same time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complete occlusion of carotid artery; 2. Serious nervous system diseases; 3. Those who are allergic to contrast medium; 4. Contraindications to aspirin, heparin and other antiplatelet aggregation drugs; 5. There was intracranial hemorrhage in recent 3 months; 6. Fresh cerebral infarction was found in recent 1 month; 7. Tortuous artery; 8. No definite artery approach; 9. Myocardial infarction occurred within 2 weeks; 10. Severe heart, liver and kidney disease; 11. Refusal to participate in this study or multiple factors can not cooperate with information collection and follow-up.
