18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Maintenance dialysis hemodialysis (>=3 months); 2. Accompanied by cognitive impairment, definition: Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score less than 26; If the length of schooling is less than or equal to 12 years, less than 25 points; 3. Aged 18-75, male or female; 4. Sign Inform Consent Form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients' medical records are missing or incomplete; 2. Unable to cooperate with the completion researcher; 3. The life expectancy is less than 1 year; 4. Participants in other clinical trials within three months; 5. Has the severe anemia infection tumor activity bleeding or the heart liver lung disease; 6. Thiamine and folic acid allergies; 7. Diseases that can cause cognitive impairment, such as some cerebrovascular diseases.
