Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. definitive diagnosis of hemophilia A combined with osteoarthritis stage IV [16], requiring TKA; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. preoperative negative coagulation factor inhibitor; 4. clear consciousness, normal communication skills and understanding; 5. voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 2. mental disorders; 3. unable to cooperate.
