18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-30 years old, men and women; 2. BMI < 30kg2/m; 3. Did not take any drugs that affect muscle tension; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous history of neck, shoulder and arm muscle injury, surgery history; 2. suffering from cervical spondylosis or neck pain; 3. suffering from scoliosis or low back pain; 4. suffering from neuropathic diseases leading to atrophy of neck and shoulder muscles; 5. patients with joint instability or unable to complete all assessments; 6. patients with high blood pressure, diabetes and other endocrine diseases.
