B:ClearPetra negative pressure stone sheath combined with pneumatic lithotripsy and/or holmium laser lithotripsy.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. Peripheral white blood cell count is normal; 3. Hemoglobin> 90 g/L; 4. No significant abnormality in heart, lung and liver function; 5. Negative urine culture before operation; 6. single renal stone <3 cm in diameter; 7. agree to PCNL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Present fever urinary tract infection; 2. Thick or dirty pus in initial puncture urine; 3. Diabetes; 4. Previous kidney surgery history and abnormal kidney anatomy; 5. Coagulation disorders; 6. Immunosuppressive diseases.
