Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: liver cirrhosis was confirmed by CT, MRI or ultrasound; Gastroscopy or barium meal confirmed that there were varicose veins in different degrees around the stomach esophagus. Hypersplenism is present.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: malignant tumors of liver, pancreas and gastrointestinal tract; Hematogenous diseases; Preoperative imaging examination has found thrombus in portal vein system. Congenital portal venous malformation; Incomplete clinical data; Previous history of abdominal surgery.
