18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with spontaneous abortion for two or more times who is now in the first trimester; (2) have strong will to give birth; (3) aged from 18 to 45 years; (4) willing to accept relevant treatment and investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) assisted reproductive technology for same-sex couples; (2) illiteracy; (3) taking psychotropic drugs; (4) chromosome abnormality of one spouse; (5) RSA patients with specific causes, such as abnormal uterine anatomy, endocrine abnormalities, prethrombus status, immune diseases, anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome, infection, villi chromosome abnormalities, etc.; (6) With history of mental disorders; (7) complicated with severe diseases.
