20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Single pregnancy; (2) Aged 20-45 years at the time of pregnancy; (3) Informed and signed the "Informed Consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) FPG >=6.1mmol/L in the first trimester; (2) Abnormal liver and kidney function; (3) Gynecological diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome; (4) Hyperemesis or ulcers in the first trimester of pregnancy disease; (5) With history of diabetes, thyroid and other diseases before pregnancy.
