20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with intrauterine adhesions: (1) Aged between 20 and 40 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for hysteroscopy and be confirmed by hysteroscopy; (3) Serum hormone levels are within the normal range; (4) No congenital or acquired uterine malformations; Patients with thin endometrium: (1) Aged between 20 and 40 years; (2) the factor endometrium is thin (<7 mm) in the hormone replacement (HRT) cycle to cancel embryo transfer; (3) No congenital or acquired uterine deformity; (4) Transplant 1 blastocyst or 2 blastomeres, at least one of which is a high quality embryo.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with intrauterine adhesions: patients with uterine fibroids, endometriosis, thin endometrium and other organ abnormalities. Exclusion criteria for thin endometrial patients: Patients with other known causes of implantation failure, such as poor embryo quality, congenital uterine abnormalities, or Asherman syndrome.
