Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients diagnosed as psoriasis are in line with the diagnostic criteria of China's clinical guidelines for psoriasis (2018 Edition). The diagnosis is based on the characteristics of skin rash, medical history, past history, family history, combined with pathology and imaging technology. The admission diagnosis is confirmed by two deputy chief physicians or chief physicians; 2. The age is 18-65 years old, male and female are not limited; 3. BMI index >= 25-30kg / m2; 4. Psoriatic lesions area and severity index (PASI) score >= 12, and the body surface area (BSA) affected by plaque psoriasis >= 10%; 5. Signed the informed consent and voluntarily participated in the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have serious mental and neurological symptoms or cognitive disorders and are unable to cooperate with the investigators; 2. Patients with other skin diseases; 3. Patients with cancer, liver related diseases, etc.; 4. Not willing to participate in the questionnaire; 5. Pregnant or lactating women or planned pregnancy within 3 months; 6. Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; 7. In the past 1 month, the patients were treated with systemic therapy.
