Group A2:The drug is confined to the iliacus muscle, and the drug is distributed along a convex lens with a wide area
Group B1:The drug reaches 1/3 of the psoas muscle, and the drug is distributed along the strip with a small narrow area
Group B2 :Group B2 (drug reaching 1/3 of psoas muscle, drug distributed along convex lens, wider area

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI) < 30; 4.Patients who signed the informed consent for anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Delayed surgery; Patients with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; Patients with neuromuscular disorders; Patients with puncture site infection; Shock; Patients with experimental drug allergy.
