Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) first kidney transplantation; (2)The renal transplant recipients were given a tacrolimus-based triple immunosuppressive regimen (tacrolimus + mycophenol + glucocorticoid).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)multi-organ transplantation; (2)Pregnant and nursing women; (3)liver function serious injury or serious gastrointestinal diseases, gastrointestinal resection, malabsorption syndrome; (4)Had participated in the clinical study of other drugs 1 month before the study; (5)patients with hypersensitivity or intolerance to macrolides, macaulate, glucocorticoids.
