Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure; 2. Volunteer participants; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. Good communication skills in Chinese; 5. Coronary reperfusion has been achieved by thrombolysis or coronary intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the past 8 hours, new or recurrent chest pain, further increase in the level of myocardial injury markers, new serious arrhythmia or new ischemic changes of ECG occurred; 2. Cognitive or mental disorders; 3. Serious electrolyte disorder; 4. Tachycardia or bradycardia or atrioventricular block; 5. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 160mmhg or diastolic blood pressure >= 100mmhg) or hypotension (diastolic blood pressure < 60mmhg or systolic blood pressure < 90mmHg); 6. EF < 30%; 7. The previous muscle atrophy related diseases can not complete the grip strength training; 8. Other organ dysfunction.
