Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants aged from 6 to 12 months, ASA I-II, scheduled for palate repair.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with diseases of the blood system, abnormal blood coagulation, oral anticoagulants, vitamin K deficiency, diseases of the liver and biliary system, difficult airway, allergy to aminohexic acid, complicated with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, postoperative ventilator support treatment for other reasons, epilepsy.
