50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients requiring unilateral initial TKA surgery ; (2) aged 50 to 80 years; (3) body mass index was 20~35 kg/m2; (4) the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is I ~ III level; (5) Understand and comply with the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)surgical history of knee joint and surgical limb neuropathy; (2)alcohol or drug abuse and and allergic to any drugs in this trial,Contraindicated use of glucocorticoids; (3)long-term opioid users; (4)Inability to provide informed consent due to mental incompetence (e.g., intellectual disability, dementia); (5)local skin infection and bleeding at the puncture site of anesthesia.
