18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with ASA sizing I - III level; (2) type 2 diabetes: (3) names of liver surgery, surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, surgery time is more than 2 hours; (4) can cooperate and correct understanding of the Chinese and express a preference patients; (5) agree with the experimental scheme and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of severe metabolic disorders, diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperglycemia, diabetic neuropathy and diabetic nephropathy, liver and kidney dysfunction and neuromuscular diseases; (2) pancreatic cancer and islet cell tumor; (3) the anesthesiologist or surgeon considers the patient inappropriate.
