Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The population of patients diagnosed with NS in previous inpatient or outpatient cases was used as the study cohort, aged 18 to 85 years, and gender is not limited; Nephrotic syndrome diagnostic criteria: a large amount of proteinuria 3.5 g / d; hypoalbuminemia, plasma albumin <30 g / L; often with varying degrees of edema and hyperlipidemia, large amounts of proteinuria and hypoalbuminemia Is necessary for diagnosis. The definition of coronary heart disease includes coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, acute coronary syndrome, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, etc. The specific diagnostic criteria are based on clinical guidelines and expert consensus and clinically confirmed cases are selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The first outpatient or inpatient diagnosis of "diabetic nephropathy, chronic kidney disease, kidney transplantation"; Or GFR 3.5 g / d for more than 3 months; Or cardiovascular disease (coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, etc.) has occurred at the time of diagnosis of NS; Or use other lipid-lowering drugs (fibrates, ezetimibe, Xuezhikang, etc.)
