Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It complies with the diagnostic criteria for primary frozen shoulder formulated by Itoi and others; 2. Symptoms of shoulder pain and movement disorder last for 3-12 months; 3. Patients with NRS score of 4 or more; 4. Routine shoulder X-ray examination, blood coagulation function, blood routine, rheumatoid immunity related tests or examination results are basically normal; 5. No injection around the shoulder joint was performed before admission; 6. Stop using oral medication, acupuncture, physical therapy and other treatments for more than 1W before admission; 7. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the relevant treatment drugs in this test; 2. People with obvious injury or fracture of blood vessels, nerves, tendons and ligaments of upper limbs or neck and shoulders, tumors; 3. Radiation or reflex pain caused by cervical disease, heart or gallbladder disease; 4. pregnancy, dizziness, and local or systemic infection; 5. Complicated severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function, etc .; 6. People with mental illness, alcohol addiction, and drug abuse.
