20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20-70 years; 2. Female/ Male 3. Body mass index 18-26kg/M2; 4. ASA I-III; 5. Patients voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Puncture site breaking or infection; 2. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 3. History of chronic pain and long-term use of opioids or NSAIDs; 4. Allergy to anesthetic involved in this study; 5. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and blood system dysfunction.
