45 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45 to 70 years; 2. Suspension for more than 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Violent fractures caused by violence or trauma; 2. Suffered from other bone diseases, such as osteomalacia, renal osteodystrophy and other metabolic bone diseases or bone tumors; 3. Had acute or chronic inflammatory or infectious diseases, or who are being treated with antibiotics, probiotics, probiotics or any other medication that may affect the intestinal microbiota in the first three months of inclusion; 4. Had taken drugs that can cause osteoporosis, such as antidepressant; 5. Had serious organic diseases, such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and stroke, etc; 6. Excessive drinking; 7. Anemia: hemoglobin < 10g/dl; 8. Had a physical disability or self-care disability or were unable to recall clearly and answer questions due to any other reasons; 9. Lacked the time to take part in this project.
