18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. Meet the indication of extraction of the lower third molar; 3. Patients are willing to extract the impacted lower third molar; 4. No contraindications for tooth extraction; 5. Patient agree to participate in the trial and sign the Informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients are suffering from tumor or systemic serious diseases; 2. Acute inflammation of oral and maxillofacial region; 3. Moderate to severe periodontitis in wisdom tooth area; 4. Bone resorption caused by pericoronitis or periapical periodontitis in wisdom tooth area is larger than the volume of wisdom tooth crown; 5. No root canal treatment for pulpitis or periapical disease of the second molar; 6. Patients are unwilling or unable to sign the Informed Consent; 7. Patients may be failure or inability to complete treatment for some reason; 8. Patients are suffering from phycho or mental illness.
