Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 55 years old who underwent valve replacement in West China Hospital of Sichuan University signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative diagnosis of intestinal diseases or autoimmune diseases; preoperative cognitive function changes or infection; preoperative diagnosis of systemic diseases, such as malignant tumor, metabolic syndrome, impairment of liver and kidney function and other chronic consumptive diseases; continuous use of glucocorticoids within half a year before operation or massive use of glucocorticoids within 1 month before operation; Antibiotics were used within three months before operation (except routine prophylactic use) or had a history of operation within half a year.
