18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged < 40 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of CIN ii-iii; (3) cone resection is required; (4) willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) substance abuse (tobacco, alcohol or drugs) or dependence in the previous 3 months; (2) previous history of cervical taper; (3) previous history of cervical insufficiency; (4) long-term use of antibacterial drugs; (5) HIV; (6) complicated diabetes; (7) severe primary diseases and mental diseases associated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems; (8) patients who are participating in other clinical studies or have participated in other clinical studies within the past month; (9) postoperative pathology showed infiltrating carcinoma of the cervix; (10) the investigator determined that the study was not suitable for other patients.
