65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >=60 years; (2) Those who do not intend to move out within six months of living in a nursing home; (3) Ability to walk independently with or without a walker (ADL score <23 points); (4) have not been engaged in any regular exercise smelting in the past six months (at least 20 minutes each time, at least 2 times a week); (5) Stable period of the disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with deafness, blindness or other diseases that affect normal communication; (2) older adult with cognitive impairment due to disease or poisoning (such as vascular risk factors, intracranial infections, history of cerebral infarction, history of cranial surgery, epilepsy and other diseases causing cognitive impairment; a large number of severe alcohol abuse; drug abusers) (3) older adult who use drugs to cause or treat cognitive impairment, such as memantine; (4) older adult with mental illness (such as affective mental disorder, depression, schizophrenia, etc.), Parkinson, severe organ failure, history of myocardial infarction, history of coronary heart disease, musculoskeletal disease and other sports contraindications; (5) Other clinical trial participants who are influencing the evaluation of the results of this study.
