Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke; 3. can receive endovascular treatment including mechanical thrombectomy, Catheter aspiration, balloon angioplasty, etc. 4. Grade of occlusion recanalization after endovascular treatment get mTICI>=2b; 5. The patient or legal representative signs the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients without endovascular treatment; 2. The mTICI of occlusion vessel recanalization grade after endovascular treatment2.
