Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old, male or female; 2. Patients who need to undergo hepatectomy (resection volume is limited to three or more liver segments); 3. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative hepatectomy was not performed; 2. Complicated with heart, lung, renal insufficiency and other systemic diseases; 3. Patients with severe hypokalemia and hypernatremia; 4. Those who are allergic to the ingredients of glycyrrhizin preparations; 5. Pregnancy and lactation; 6. Participants in other clinical trials within 3 months; 7. Plan to use liver-protecting drugs with the same or similar composition as monoammonium glycyrrhizinate and sodium chloride injection; 8. The researcher considered that the patient was not suitable for inclusion in this study.
