50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Long-term residence in Beijing and its surrounding areas; 2. Han nationality; 3. Females between 50 and 75 years of age; 4. Natural menopause for more than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary osteoporosis or osteoarthritis; 2. Long-term use of hormones, immunosuppressive agents, antitumor drugs, bone formation promoting agents to inhibit bone formation, etc.; 3. Suffering from systemic diseases or metabolism that affect bone metabolism Osteopathy, such as liver and kidney disease, diseases affecting bone calcium metabolism (parathyroid gland, thyroid disease); 4. joint injuries caused by trauma, infection, tumors and metabolic diseases; 5. Suffering from infectious diseases,such as hepatitis, AIDS, syphilis that not allowed in the biological sample bank.
