Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women with obstetric income from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2023; (2) Planned natural delivery; (3) Sign informed consent; (4) Fetal head down, (5) No risk of mother to child transmission, (6) There is no doubt about fetal coagulation disorder, (7) Gestational age over 36 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The parturient who both upper limbs need intravenous infusion; (2) The parturient whose upper limbs can not be closed; (3) Special risks such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, maternal hepatitis or HIV infection before operation, (4) Have a serious history of skin allergies, especially to silica gel or plastic; (5) When she was admitted to the hospital, she decided to have a cesarean section; (6) Persistent paracetamol in the treatment of fever; (7) Not head down; (8) Less than 36 weeks pregnant; (9) Suspected fetal coagulation disorder.
