Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BAV patients diagnosed by echocardiography in our hospital; 2. The first, second and third degree relatives of BAV patients; 3. Participants who agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who do not agree to participate in this study.
