Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. premature infants with gestational age between 28 and 37 weeks who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit within 1 week; 2. the main caregivers are permanent residents of wuhan and its surrounding areas, and they can regular follow-up. 3. the primary caregivers volunteered to participate in the whole research process

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants suffer from genetic and metabolic diseases or congenital malformations; 2. Preterm infant with grade iii-iv intracerebral hemorrhage; 3. The main caregivers have mental, cognitive and verbal communication disorders, or substance abuse.
