Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years; 2. Patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery; 3. Patients who have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not agree to participate in the study; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with a history of chronic pain, patients with a history of allergy to ropivacaine or opioids; 5. Patients who has localised infection or tumor, anatomical abnormalities, coagulation dysfunction at the puncture site; 6. Patients who has participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before the study.
