Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged 18-70 years. 2. Time of CPB is expected to last more than 2 hours in patients undergoing cardiac surgery. 3. Patients with complete preoperative examination, laboratory examination, etiological examination, medical record and medical history. 4. Patients who understand the objectives of this study, and are willing to sign informed consent files by themselves or their legal representatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor compliance, difficult to follow. 2. with severe cerebrovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, immune system disease, severe trauma . 3. severe anemia with hemoglobin content <80 g/l. 4. coagulation disorderplatelet count<100x10^9/l. 5. Psychiatric disorders; 6. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
