Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Experienced one or more of the following symptoms, chest pain, abdominal pain, back pain, syncope, signs or symptoms of perfusion deficit and suspected AAD; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite diagnosis of pulmonary, esophageal and chest wall lesions or with mild clinical manifestations, except non-fatal chest pain; 2. Patients with traumatic aortic dissection were excluded; 3. Patients with a history of fractures, kidney stones and various tumors in recent 3 months were excluded; 4. Subjects with incomplete medical record information, incomplete diagnosis and treatment information and missing D-dimer test or OPN test.
