18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing open gynecological operation; 2. aged 18-65 years old; 3. BMI<30; 4. ASA classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With infection on puncture site; 2. peripheral neuropathy or disorder; 3. severe hypertension (blood pressure poorly controlled); 4. severe organ disorder (liver or kidney); 5. mental diseases; 6. allergic to local anesthetics; 7. unsigned informed consent.
