60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=60 years; 2. the nursing institution has lived in > for 6 months and will not move out in the near future; 3. able to walk independently with or without walker, and able to live on their own (Barthel index score >=60); 4. able to complete certain intensity of physical exercise; 5. conscious and able to communicate normally; 6. there is a high risk of falling (falling or fear of falling in the past year).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of stroke, psychiatric history, history of epilepsy, history of vertigo, history of extracorpoietic diseases, Parkinson's disease, etc.; 2. taking analgesics/opiates, anticonvulsants, diuretics, hypnotics, laxatives, sedatives and psychotropic drugs; 3. patients with severe physical diseases and limited mobility, such as patients with severe cardiac insufficiency, malignant progressive hypertension, and severe rheumatoid arthritis of lower limbs; 4. impaired hearing and vision, accompanied by severe speech function and cognitive impairment.
