Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selective thoracoscopic lobectomy, male, weight 40-80kg, ASA grade I-III, cardiac function I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative arrhythmia, abnormal liver function (bilirubin> 28mmol/L and AST> 60IU/L), abnormal renal function (creatinine> 130mmol/L), blood system diseases, electrolyte disorders, thyroid function abnormalities, neurological diseases Or other anatomical abnormalities.
