60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: caregivers: (1) family caregivers of elderly patients with hip fracture aged >= 60 years; (2) the patient was in the hospital for at least two days; (3) visit hospitalized elderly patients; (4) caregivers have practical contact with nurses; (5) caregivers participate in the follow-up plan of patients upon discharge; (6) reading, listening and speaking and communication skills barrier-free; (7) informed consent, willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Caregivers: (1) language expression and communication disorders; (2) family members have cognitive impairment or mental disorder.
