Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: TCM diagnostic criteria: Refer to the diagnostic basis of cough in the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases Diagnostic Effectiveness Standards, TCM Pediatric Diseases Diagnostic Effectiveness Standards" issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1994. Western medicine diagnostic criteria: clinically diagnosed cases in accordance with China's current pertussis diagnostic criteria (WS 274-2007). The clinical manifestations are paroxysmal, spastic cough, which lasts for more than 1 week; with or without symptoms of apnea, suffocation, bruising, and bradycardia; at the same time, peripheral white blood cell counts and lymphocytes are significantly increased; The Bordetella pertussis nucleic acid test was positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotics and probiotics were applied within 2 weeks before enrollment; 2. Spastic cough is too long, more than 1 month; 3. Combining other pathogenic infections, such as influenza virus, enterovirus, mycoplasma, chlamydia, etc .; 4. Complicated with severe complications such as severe pneumonia and respiratory failure; 5. Congenital diseases such as congenital heart disease.
