Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Early gestation (within 13 weeks); 2. Able to receive regular prenatal examination and delivery in participating research units, and obtain perinatal outcome data; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who taken medications that severely interfere with folate, iron, vitamin E or lipid absorption, metabolism, and utilization from three months before pregnant to the time of inclusion; 2. Pregnant women who taken medications of folate, iron, vitamin E ,but couldnt provide accurate information on the species and dose; 3. with history of major surgery, trauma or major organ disease; 4. with long term medication history; 5. with serious mental behavior disorder.
