Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. confirmed portal hypertension; 2. under the age of 18 years; 3. Informed consent and cooperation in completing the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant asthma; 2. Concomitant diabetes; 3. Concomitant with any heart disease; 4. Previous history of drug allergy; 5. previous gastroesophageal hemorrhage; 6. Merger with other serious diseases; 7. preparation for liver transplantation.
